Au Pair Nederland offers complete support from begin to end. During the entire year you can contact us during office hours for advice, tips and help with problems. On weekends we are accessible through an emergency phone line (tel. +31 (0) 85 222 4812) for acute emergencies that cannot wait until after the weekend. Our professional au pair team is to ensure that the guidance of both you and the host family and au pair is optimal.
Au Pair Nederland as a mediator
The role of Au Pair Nederland before and during the stay of the au pair is that of mediator and facilitator. Au Pair Nederland works with reliable partner organizations that screen the au pairs as well as possible before they are placed in the Netherlands and we also screen the au pair before arrival. However, sometimes situations will occur in which the exchange will end prematurely. The au pair can get homesick for instance. Or perhaps the au pair is not suitable as an au pair or maybe there is no match between the family and the au pair after all. There are several possible scenarios in which case your au pair returns home earlier than agreed. In that case, Au Pair Nederland will be there as a mediator to you and the au pair in order to facilitate the return of the au pair as professionally as possible and to guide you and the au pair in this process!
